What will my wages be? 

The base pay for our CAREgiver jobs is $12 per hour. There will also be opportunities to work for private clients around Phoenix, AZ, or provide special-rate services, potentially increasing your wages.


What do All Valley’s CAREGIVERS do? 

All Valley is a non-medical, in-home health care agency based in Phoenix, AZ. Our CAREgivers assist our clients with activities of daily living such as bathing and grooming, dressing, mobility, light housekeeping, companionship, and much more!


Where do we provide the care? 

CAREgivers provide care directly in the client’s home, throughout Phoenix, AZ, and Valley-wide. We match our CAREgivers with a client based on their location and availability.


What hours do you have available?

Scheduled hours for caregiver jobs will vary depending on the client’s needs. Some CAREgivers are matched with a single client to provide care multiple days a week, while others provide care to multiple clients across Phoenix, AZ, throughout the week.


Will I have the opportunity to choose my clients? 

All Valley conducts personal introductions across Phoenix, AZ, and the Valley between the CAREgiver and client before the first shift to ensure that both parties are comfortable and understand the care plan. We are committed to making sure it’s a good match!


How do I get started and what training is required for the Direct Care Worker Position?

To start the process of getting a CAREgiver job in Phoenix, AZ, please contact or visit your nearest office and complete an employment application. After this initial step, you will work with the HR Administrative Assistant to schedule caregiver job training and complete the necessary requirements. All Valley requires completion of Direct Care Worker Training (Level I & II), up-to-date CPR and First Aid training, and proof of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test result.


What is the cost for training?

All Valley offers Direct Care Worker Training (Level I & II) at no cost to the candidate! CPR and First Aid training is available for a cost of $40 to the candidate. Both caregiver job training classes are held in-office at our Phoenix, AZ, and other offices on a weekly basis. You must be registered to attend training classes.


How long does the process take?

Depending on when you apply, the entire process to become a fully trained CAREgiver can take less than a week! Our dedicated team will work closely with you and your schedule to ensure your caregiver job training is completed as quickly as possible. We are eager to put you to work!


Where can I go to get an inexpensive TB test?

Our team can provide you with a list of locations in Phoenix, AZ, and throughout the Valley to obtain a TB test. You can also get the test done through your primary care provider. In some instances, your health insurance may cover the test. Contact your insurance provider for more information.


Can I be paid to take care of a family member or friend?

Yes! In fact, Family Attendants make up a significant percentage of our Direct Care Worker (Medicaid) workforce in Phoenix, AZ. Contact an office nearest to you and a friendly team member will walk you through the process of becoming a Family Attendant.
